woah and yest i did my pb for 8km!!!!!!!!!!! *high high high* there were a lot of different things that contribute to it though so i must thank each and every contribution

1. to mr koh for talking until the sun went away (HAHA SORT OF). one hour leh! really gave me a lot of time to prepare for my run mentally (didnt really want to run cause aching like mad from mons trg, 45 PUSHUPS!!! WHAT MORON DOES 45 PUSHUPS!!! (ok me but-) HAHA)

2. i heard mr queks voice at the 1.5km mark then i panic and went fast HAHA

3. the turn around mark (still feeling relax ;P I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. i think must be the milo i drank really gave me energy or smth HAHA) where a !@#$^ IDIOTIC ant bit me and made me go psycho cause it really hurt. so i just like slapped the ant and ran faster HAHA

4. i saw mr quek again and he clapped for me. as to why i ran faster, that would be for me to know HAHA and for you to never find out hoho.

5. i just felt good whoo!!!

i did a 35.34mins!!!!!!!!!!!! (okay i know im supposed to add the 30 secs thing but let me rejoice in this for a while HAHAH)

my previous pb was 35.52mins in sec 1 (wtheck?!?! HAHA) when i followed alissa (siao ah) the rjc girl in and out and whoo... siao siao hahahaha. this time i ran alone though :D

HAHA and mr koh is really very different from mr quek. yest before we started running, he briefed us for a while and noticed that the weather was very hot, then he said 'ah i better talk a bit more, wait for the sun to go away.' HAHA ZOMG!! so cute la HAHAHA
